At the end of the day we as a company can only say so much about our services and products. The rest is down to our customers spreading their experience and views on our services.

After using a web hosting company that was quite un-responsive to everything (emails, texts, phone calls, and even snail mail!), and being based in the Falkland Islands; knowing that I needed to change, but, not knowing which company to choose, I was in a quandary.
About 2 years ago, whilst in a Stanley pub, got talking to a visiting Royal Navy seaman, he pointed me in the direction of Cymraeg Wales Hosting Ltd. (now known as ‘Aloha Telecommunications Ltd’), so went for it.
On the changeover, nothing was too much trouble, then or since.
Additionally, the usual time difference between here is between 4 hours behind the UK/Wales.
I can send a ticket in at say 10 pm and 10 minutes later I can get a non-automated response, and when I get up in the morning a more detailed response awaits.

| Having had considerable trouble with our previous hosting company we were delighted to find Cymraeg Wales Hosting. Nothing has been too much trouble for them while getting us sorted out (including 24/7 email support and substantial telephone support when there was a problem) and no email request has ever been left for more than 24 hours. Servers have been stable and load efficient. On the rare occasions that server downtime has been necessary we have been warned well in advance and downtimes have not been at peak times. We use a reseller package as that was the most economical way of hosting our variety of websites quickly and easily and giving us access to a wide range of tools to configure and support our sites. |
